Burkina Faso AITED & EasyDrivers African Tour 2007

Our goal for 2007 is to organize the transport of about 65 Computers to four schools in Burkina Faso, install them in classrooms and train teachers to be able to use them in their lessons. This way we hope to provide several hundred pupils with further teaching material and a basic IT education.

To guarantee the sustainability of our project we want to achieve cooperations with local partners and universities in Austria to start exchange programs. Instructing teachers how to do simple repair work and daily maintenance tasks on their own, will also be necessary. Depending on the feedback we get, we will extend our project to reach more schools.

We will deliver PCs to the following schools:

• College de Sabou
